The service we provide depends on the type of agreement you have with us and whether you are living in a property less than one year old. If you are renting we do most of the repairs in your home and all repairs in the common areas. Please complete the online form to request a repair.
Defects
If your home is less than one year old the original builder will usually be responsible for making repairs. This will be true whether you have bought your home from us or are renting. Accidental damage to your home is not covered by this.
If you are renting your home you may request a repair if there is accidental damage by filling the online form but you may be charged for the cost of the works.
If you have bought your home you will be responsible for dealing with all repairs and services to all items in your home.
Repairs or defects to the estate or block
If you are living in a flat or a block or estate that we own, we are responsible for dealing with all repairs to the common parts. This is true whether you have bought or are renting a flat from us.
